About this portfolio

In the summer of 2010 I entered a MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching) program at Seattle Pacific University.  One year later, I transferred to the ARC (Alternate Routes to Certification) program at SPU with a cohort of folks pursuing a Masters of Teaching Math and Science (MTMS).

This blog portfolio (bPortfolio) is meant to track learning, observations and reflections around teaching, but especially in the Standard V Categories of the State Competencies in Washington.

My postings on this blog will be primarily in the following types

  1. Reflections on what I am learning and my experiences surrounding my studies.  This will be self-directed and personally motivated.
  2. Artifacts of my studies (papers, projects, images, video links, etc.)
  3. Reflections on what I am learning as assigned by my instructors.
